Description

This pouch features characters from my Yeak Yoga series. This series originates from my desire to pay tribute to Lakhon Bassac – a fading perfomance artform which incorporates Chinese and Vietnameses elements and often includes yeaks (giant ogres in Cambodian mythology) wearing distnctive Peking opera makeup – and to promote yoga as a lifestyle that benefits everyone regardless of age and body type.

This Pouch is handmade by Watthan Artisans, a worker-run cooperative of Cambodia artisans.
